The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents on the total score due to the gender variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents on the total score due to the job title variable. The total score is attributed to the variable of years of administrative experience, and the differences were in favor of more than 15 years. (Published abstract)
