The research aims to identify the reality of educational administration in the era of the Mutawakkilite Kingdom of Yemen for the period from 1925 AD until 1962 AD in light of the systems approach, by benefiting from documents and their analysis, and from eyewitnesses. The researcher used the historical method, and the research reached the following results: - In the results of the educational administration inputs in the era of the Kingdom, the research concluded the following: It carried out many administrative works and was distinguished by a number of characteristics Its philosophy stems from Islam and the educational principles of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). It is characterized by scientific and intellectual independence. Its policy is based on organizing education, combating ignorance, providing education for all, keeping pace with modernization, independence, justice, and equality. The Kingdom's educational, religious, social, intellectual, moral, political, and economic goals have been achieved during the era of the Kingdom. She was interested in educational curricula, so she provided, printed, composed and imported them. The teachers in her era were distinguished by their competence, experience, seriousness and commitment, and their number reached (1494) teachers. As for the students, the research clarified some of their characteristics, and their number reached (66604) students. As for the school building, the Kingdom established dozens of schools, and their number reached (907) schools It focused on financing education from several sources. Regarding educational administration processes during the Kingdom's era, the research concluded that: The Kingdom undertook the process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and monitoring. As a result, dozens of specialized cadres graduated in various fields, including teachers, counselors, judges, and governors, thanks to the successful Mutawakkilite educational administration during that period.
