The study aims at introducing the current way of preparing the Second Line Management at two universities in Saudi Arabia, which are King Abdulaziz University and Taif University on three aspects; Systems and Policies, Occupational Development and Empowerment. It aims also at examining the significant statistic differences among the results that are come out of the survey according to the function (0.05 ). It is noteworthy that the survey respects three criteria: University, Academic Degree and Gender. The survey is applied on a sample of The Staff of both universities (a sum of 411 members chosen from the staff). The outcomes of the survey indicate high satisfactory rate with the items that refer to the current applied systems and policies. But for the items that refer to both the current occupational development and the current empowerment, the rate of satisfaction was medium. Moreover, the results include significant statistic differences the three criteria that the survey respects. (Published abstract)
