The study sought to find out how to apply educational supervision that supports learning in public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (from the point of view of educational experts), by defining the stages and requirements of applying educational supervision that supports learning (from the point of view of educational experts). The descriptive analytical approach was used based on the desk study by looking at and researching previous studies and the literature of educational research that are related to the subject of the study represented in educational supervision that supports learning. educators), and the study used a questionnaire on a sample of (experts) faculty members at (Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, King Khalid University, Northern Border University (Arar)) and a number of leaders in education departments in (Riyadh and Jeddah, Abha, and Arar). It was reached: identifying three stages for the application of educational supervision that supports learning; The first stage: identifying students’ educational needs, the second stage: the professional development of the teacher, and the third stage: the assessment of students’ learning. It was also found that there are a number of requirements for the application of educational supervision that support learning, the most important of which is the participation of the beneficiary (such as: parents and employers) in expressing their point of view towards graduates, and participation among all parties to the educational process. The study recommended directing educational supervision to focus on the educational needs of the educational output (the student). (Published abstract)
