دور برنامج الدبلوم المهني في القيادة التعليمية المتقدمة في تعزيز أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين
This study aims to determine the role of the professional diploma program in enhancing the teaching ethics among principals of public schools in the directorate of Qasabat Alkarak education from teachers perspective from teachers' perspective. In order to fulfill this aim, the researcher adopted the descriptive analysis method. The researcher used a questionnaire for the study consisting of four pivots, (principal’s ethics towards students, personal characteristics, principal’s ethics towards teachers, and principal’s ethics towards parents). The study sample consisted of (205) male and female teachers. The role of the professional diploma program in enhancing the teaching ethics among principals of public schools from teachers' perspective was (high) with a mean (3.76). In addition, the findings showed there was not any significant relation between the role of the professional diploma program in enhancing the teaching ethics among principals of public schools from teachers' perspective due to the variables of teacher sex, but there is a significant relation due to years of experience in favor of 10 years and more.
