The study aimed to reveal the degree of the practice of knowledge management processes and their relationship to enhancing administrative creativity among government school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (420) male and female teachers in public schools for the academic year 2021-2022, and they were chosen by the simple random method. The results of the study indicated that the degree practice of knowledge management processes among government school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the teachers’ point of view in all fields came to a large degree. The results also indicated that the level of administrative creativity among public school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the point of view of teachers in all fields came to a large degree. The study's results also indicated a strong correlation between knowledge management and administrative creativity from the point of view of public school teachers in the Directorate Zarqa first breeding.
