The study aimed to describe the degree of availability of executive job performance skills among students with reading difficulties in the basic stage of fourth, fifth and sixth grade students, males and females, for the schools of the Amman Directorate of Education, University Brigade, and the study sample consisted of (100) male and female students, including (50 females and 50 males), who were previously classified as having reading difficulties, and to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher built a tool, which is (a measure of executive job performance skills) and its psychometric properties were verified, and to answer the questions of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used. The final results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the level of executive job performance attributed to the student's gender in favor of females with an arithmetic average of (2.92) higher than the arithmetic average of males of (2.59). The results of the Single Variance Analysis (ANOVA) indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of executive job performance among students according to the grade variable, where the value of (P) was (10515) and the level of (0.225), which is a non-statistically significant value.
