درجة تطبيق معلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة إربد للآراء التربوية لدى أبي حامد الغزالي المتعلقة بالطفولة من وجهة نظر المعلمات
The study aimed to identify the degree of application of kindergarten teachers in Irbid governorate to the educational views of Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali related to childhood from the female teachers' point of view. Of all the kindergarten teachers in Qusaya Irbid, who numbered (637), the study sample consisted of (270) kindergarten teachers during the academic year (2020-2021 AD), who were chosen by the available random method, and the results of the study showed that the degree of application of kindergarten teachers Children of Abu Hamed Al-Ghazali’s educational views related to childhood came to a (high) degree, and there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) in the degree of kindergarten teachers’ applicaon of Abu Hamed Al-Ghazali’s educational views due to the variable (kindergarten type, and years of experience). In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the necessity of the continuity of the Directorate of Education in the Kasbah of Irbid to employ the educational views of Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, because of their significant impact on improving the job performance of female teachers.
