أساليب إدارة الصراع لدى قادة المدارس الثانوية - نظام المقررات - بمدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر المعلمين
This study aims at knowing the methods used to manage conflict at secondary schools used by principals in Riyadh city from the teachers' perspective. So as to achieve the aims of this study the researcher developed a questionnaire of five fields (cooperation, avoiding, descending, competing and compromising). After the being checked for integrity and reliability the tool was applied at a sample of (256) teachers. Results showed the following results: in the first places comes compromising with average of (3.83). In the second place comes cooperation with an average of (3.58) then descending with an average of (3.65), next comes avoiding with an average of (3.31) and in the tail of the list comes competing with an average of (3.13). The study results also showed no significant statistical differences (a=0.05) for target group estimation on the ways used to manage conflict according to the study. The study also includes many recommendations such as enhancing secondary school principals’ awareness in the field of conflict management through holding training sessions with focus on practice.
