درجة الالتزام المهني لدى أمناء المكتبات المدرسية في الأردن
The study aimed at finding out the reality of the professional commitment of school librarians in Jordan, the study questionnaire consisted of (22) items was developed to achieve the goal of the study; it was confirmed validity and reliability. Then it was given to the study sample subjects consisting of (300) librarians. The study results showed that the degree of appreciation and the reality of professional commitment of school librarians in Jordan from their point of view was medium; the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the reality of professional commitment of school librarians in Jordan due to sex in favor of males. There were no statistically significant differences due to scientific qualification and experience. Leading to regular feedback on their performance, and the dissemination of culture to strong school organizers as this will enhance their professional commitment. (Published abstract)
