أثر استراتيجية حدائق الأفكار في تحسين التحصيل والتفكير الإبداعي نحو مبحث علم الاجتماع وعلم النفس لدى طلبة الصف الحادي عشر بدولة الكويت



This study aimed to reveal the impact of the gardens of ideas strategy on improving achievement and creative thinking towards the subject of sociology and psychology among eleventh grade students in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of (60) students from public schools in the State of Kuwait, and the study tools used were an achievement test consisting of (20) questions. And a measure of creative thinking consisting of (6) questions. The sample was distributed into two groups: the experimental group, which consisted of (30) students, and the control group, which consisted of (30) students. The results showed that there were significant differences between the averages of the experimental and control groups on the post-test in academic achievement in sociology and psychology among the eleventh-grade students in favor of the experimental group, which is attributed to the teaching method (Gardens of Ideas strategy). The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement on the creative thinking scale in favor of the experimental group. The study presented a number of recommendations, including: activating the use of the strategy (Gardens of Ideas) in teaching in various schools and academic subjects. (Published abstract)
