دور مديري المعاهد العلمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية في حماية الفكر وتحقيق الأمن الفكري للطلاب : تصور مقترح
The aim of this study is to know about the role of the directors of scientific institutes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in realizing intellectual security for students of the institutes and to provide a proposed concept. The researcher used the survey descriptive methodology and the questionnaire as a study tool. It was applied to all of the 66 directors of the scientific institutes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study has several results the most important of them is that the study community highly agreed (in 2.69 average) with the role of the directors of scientific institutes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in realizing the intellectual security for students. The most significant of that is utilizing the religious and national events by the institute administration for qualifying the sound thought, as well as honoring the students of outstanding behavior by the institute administration. Also the individuals of the study security agree (in a medium level of 1.88 average) with the obstacles which restrict the role of the scientific institute directors in realizing intellectual security for students. These obstacles are represented in the few programs which assist in discovering students who has thoughts contrary to the intellectual security and the limited authorities of the institute director. The most important recommendations of the study are to hold periodical meetings between students and some security officials to realize intellectual security for students. (Published abstract)
