The aim of this study was to determine the relationship and the difference between students’ satisfaction on various educational practices of faculty members after attending a training program in teaching and learning. The sample consisted of 524 female students (31% of the population). A correlational study design was used and the difference between two groups of students to determine the level of students’ satisfaction. After attending faculty training course, students’ satisfaction was checked using a 46-item, in nine-dimension and overall. The results showed significant correlations ranged between r=0.11-0.18 favoring faculty who attended the training program. Also the result showed a significant mean difference overall and in all dimensions favoring the faculty who received the training. The Cohen’s d formula was used to determine the effect size which indicated a low to medium effect size across all teaching and learning dimensions. Recommendations and implications in improving the training program across all levels were discussed. (Published abstract)
