فاعلية نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (moodle) في التحصيل لدى طلبة مادة استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم في كلية العلوم التربوية في الجامعة الأردنية

This study aimed at Effectiveness of the e-learning management system (Moodle) on improving educational achievement among computer use students in education at the faculty of educational sciences at the University of Jordan. The study used a quasi-experimental research design as research methodology. The study sample consisted of (32) bachelor students of the using computer education course in the faculty of educational sciences at the university of Jordan; were intentionally chosen. The students were randomly divided into two groups: the control group which consisted of (15) students studied in the conventional way, and the experimental group which studied according to the electronic learning management system (Moodle) consisted of (17) students. The study was conducted during the second semester of the scholastic year 2018-2019. To achieve the objectives of the study, an achievement test was applied; it consisted of (20) items. To statistical analysis in answering the study question, and to determine the direction of differences, the means, standard deviations, and ANCOVA were used. However, validity and reliability tests were conducted for the study tools. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean of the performance of students of the experimental group and the mean of the performance of the control group in the achievement on the post-test attributed to the experimental group.
