This research aims to explore the impact of human intelligence on the development of administrative work by focusing on three key dimensions: emotional intelligence, effective communication, and creativity and innovation. The field study was conducted on a sample of 124 administrative staff members working in private schools across the Beirut governorate. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The findings revealed that the ability to understand others’ emotions and interact with them effectively contributes significantly to creating a positive work environment. Moreover, creative thinking plays a central role in generating new ideas and enhancing administrative practices. Schools that promote a culture of innovation witness continuous improvements in both teaching and administrative methods. (Published abstract)
