The study aims to identify the effect of narrative educational video on the skill of narrative written expression among learners in the third basic cycle from the perspective of Arabic language teachers in private schools in the Tyre district as a model. In order to achieve the study's objectives, answer its questions, and verify its hypotheses, a descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, along with a statistical approach. Methods were adopted, such as the KMO test, Bartlett's test, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, means, medians, modes, standard deviations, and Spearman correlation test. The study tools, represented by a questionnaire and interview, were designed, and a sample consisting of sixty-two (62) teachers for the third cycle of basic education (seventh/eighth/ninth grades) in private schools in the Tyre district/South Lebanon, in addition to five (5) educational experts, was selected. The application of the study tools to the sample revealed that digital educational positively influence the skill of narrative written expression among third-grade students in basic education, and the validity of the hypotheses was confirmed. The study results indicated that the adoption of narrative educational videos affects learners in acquiring several skills, including narrative writing skill, enriching narrative vocabulary, creating a text following the sequence of narrative structure, creating a text according to narrative style conditions, writing in correct language, enhancing creative effectiveness in narrative writing, and building self-confidence in narrative writing. The study provided a set of suggestions based on the findings. (Published abstract)
