دور مديرات المدارس الثانوية العامة في الأردن في تحسين مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى المعلمات العاملات معهن
This study aimed to identify the role of the public secondary school principals in Jordan in improving the level of psychological hardness of women teachers working with them. The study used the descriptive survey methodology. The sample consisted of (466) female teachers who were chosen by stratified random method. The results indicated that the degree of the role of public secondary school principals in Jordan in improving the level of psychological hardness of women teachers working with them was medium. Furthermore, the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to both variables: experience and educational qualification. According to the results, it has been recommended that the ministry of education must hold training courses for female teachers to increase the level of their psychological hardness, reduce written school work and replacing paperwork with technology.
