واقع تدريس مادة التربية الموسيقية في مدارس محافظة عمان والمعوقات التي تواجهها من وجهة نظر المعلمين
The music education is one of the important subjects that have many obstacles that stand in the way of its being considered like other subjects and being conceived of as pure musical activity. Therefore, the study aimed at identifying the status que and the obstacles of teaching music education course from teachers’ point of view at the Schools of Amman Governorate. A questionnaire was prepared to achieve the study's objectives. The questionnaire consisted of 60 items; the first thirty of which were specialized to identify teaching reality, and the second thirty dealt with the obstacles and the collected data. The study's sample includes 78 music teachers in the schools of the capital Amman during the second semester of 2015-2016.The study reached that the degree of teaching reality was low and the obstacle's degree was high. For teaching reality, the study's result showed that the gender variable have no statistically significant differences while there were statistically significant differences in the qualification, teaching experience and the school type variables. In light of these results, the researchers recommended the need to confirm the effectiveness of teaching music education as an essential course in private and governmental schools in Jordan.
