The study aimed to investigate the reality of using female students of the College of Education, King Faisal University of the electronic learning management System during the pandemic of corona virus "Covid-19", and determining the effect of the variables of specialization and educational level of the study sample on the attitudes, and obstacles to using the black board, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, and the study tool was applied after making sure of its validity and reliability on the sample, which reached (381) students. Results of the study showed that: the female students in the College of Education, King Faisal University using the blackboard during pandemic came in a medium degree, attitudes of the study sample individuals towards using the blackboard came to a large degree, obstacles to the study sample's use of the blackboard came to a large degree, no differences between the responses of the sample individuals attributable to the educational level in the axis of attitudes and obstacles to using the blackboard, statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the responses of the sample members in using the blackboard that is attributed to the specialization in favor of the specialization of educational technologies.
