The research aimed to identify the organizational compatibility of the deans of the colleges of the Universities of Baghdad governorate from the point of view of the faculty members, and the research was determined by the faculty members in the Universities of the governor of Baghdad for the academic year (2021-2022), where the research sample consisted of (391) teaching staff, selected from the original community of the faculty members in the Universities of Baghdad governorate, numbering (13027) teaching staff distributed to all the faculties of the University, the researcher extracted the honesty and consistency index of the scale, the researcher used a set of statistical means (calculation means, standard deviation, t-test for one sample, t-test for two independent samples, correlation coefficient the current).
