The aim of the research is to sweat at the level of forced compliance among educational counselors and to identify the significance of differences in forced compliance according to gender variable (male - female), and academic achievement (Bachelor - Master - PhD). The researcher has adopted the descriptive approach, and the researcher has chosen in a stratified random manner the proportional method (250) counselors, including 125 males and 125 females alternatives, and giving them weights (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) respective. The results showed that educational counselors in schools have forced compliance through their guiding work and that there are statistically significant differences between males and females in forced compliance. In light of the results of the current study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
