This study aimed at measuring the level of teaching competencies of primary school teachers to teach students with learning disabilities. The study relied on the descriptive survey method, and the teaching competency scale (prepared by the researcher) was applied to a sample of (302) male and female teachers who teach general courses for the primary stage in AlKharj Governorate. The results of the study showed that the level of competencies for implementing lessons for primary school teachers to teach students with learning difficulties came in the first rank with a high degree. Furthermore, the level of competencies for evaluating lessons for teachers in the primary stage for teaching students with learning difficulties came in the second rank with a high degree. Moreover, the level of lesson planning competencies for primary school teachers to teach students with learning disabilities ranked third with a high degree. In addition, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in planning competencies due to( years of experience, specialization and academic degree, but there were no statistically significant differences in planning competencies due to gender, Moreover, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in implementation competencies attributed to specialization and academic degree, but there are no statistically significant, differences in implementation competencies due to gender and years of experience. Additionally, there are statistically significant differences in evaluation competencies due to the gender variable and years of specialization but there is no statistically significant differences due to the variable of years of experience and academic degree. The study had several recommendations, the most important of which were: It is necessary to pay great attention to the teaching competencies of a teacher for students with learning difficulties.
