The research aimed to identify the training needs of middle school mathematics teachers in light of professional licensing requirements. The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and the research community consisted of all middle school mathematics teachers in Jeddah Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, numbering (1399) teachers, while the research sample consisted of (287) teachers, the questionnaire was applied to them as a data collection tool, and the study reached the following results: The specialized training needs of mathematics teachers in light of the requirements for the professional license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were at a high degree, and the results showed that the training needs for professional development of mathematics teachers in light of the license requirements Professionalism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia came at a high level, and the results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 ≥a) between the averages of the sample members’ responses to the training needs of middle school mathematics teachers in light of the professional license requirements attributed to the research variables: (teaching experience, number of courses training on the professional license) and in the academic qualification variable, there are statistically significant differences in the field of specialized training needs only. The researchers recommended several recommendations, the most prominent of which is designing a strategic plan for training middle school mathematics teachers in light of their training needs, then setting goals that are compatible with the nature of these needs, and then designing programs according to a specific time plan, and evaluating these programs after completing their implementation.
