دور القيادة التربوية في التخفيف من ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر الاستشارة التربوية
The study aimed to investigate the role of educational leadership in mitigating electronic bullying in secondary schools from the perspective of educational consultants. It also aimed to determine whether there were differences in respondents' perceptions regarding the role of educational leadership in mitigating electronic bullying based on gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. The researcher utilized a descriptive-analytical approach and selected a sample of 67 school principals and supervisors in the Green Line district using convenience sampling. The study employed a 32- item scale distributed across four dimensions related to communication patterns: strategies and methodologies, preventive intervention strategies, enhancing collaboration between school, family, and community, and developing school culture. The findings revealed a significant and diverse role of educational leadership in addressing electronic bullying. There were no significant differences in respondents' perceptions regarding the role of educational leadership in mitigating electronic bullying based on gender, years of experience, or educational qualification. Based on the study results, recommendations include enhancing the role of educational leadership in combating electronic bullying, developing innovative preventive strategies, promoting collaboration between schools, families, and communities, providing continuous training and support for teachers, and encouraging ongoing research and evaluation.
