The study aimed to discover the degree of effectiveness of managing of extracurricular activities in reducing the violence in northern schools within the Green Line, and the difference in it according to the variables of sex, job title and school level. A descriptive methodology was applied using a questionnaire consisting of (32) items, and its validity and reliability were verified. The sample consisted of (694) educational supervisors, principals, and teachers. The results indicated that the degree of effectiveness management of extracurricular activities in reducing the violence with northern schools within the Green Line were moderate; And the results appeared in the effectiveness of managing extracurricular activities in reducing the phenomenon of violence in northern schools as a whole from the study subjects’ point of view as a result of changing the job title in favor of teachers, while there were no statistically significant differences on the variables of sex and school level.
