The research aimed to identify positive thinking and its relationship to academic competence among female secondary school students in Kuwait. It was applied to a sample of (360) female secondary school students. The study used the quasiexperimental approach. The study used the positive thinking scale, the academic competence scale. Among female secondary school students, the results of the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a high level of positive thinking and academic competence among female secondary school students in Kuwait, and there is a statistically significant correlation between degrees of positive thinking and both academic competence among female students, some dimensions of positive thinking can predict both academic competence among secondary school female students.
