الإستغراق الوظيفي لدى عينة من الأخصائيين النفسيين بمدينة جدة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية
The research aimed to reveal the level of prevalence of the work engagement among sample of psychologists in Jeddah, and to identify the differences between the averages of work engagement according to some demographic variables (gender, years of experience), employed the work engagement scale to a sample of (259) psychologist participants, with an average chronological age of (32.34) and a standard deviation of (7.35). The results showed: that there is a high level of work engagement among sample of psychologists in Jeddah, also the results showed that there were differences at significant level (0.05) between males and female in work engagement in favor to female psychologists and find significant differences in work engagement due to years of experience.
