The study aimed to explore the reality of organizational culture in universities within the Green Line from the perspective of Arab administrators and to determine whether there were differences in the responses of the study sample regarding organizational culture based on gender, years of experience, and academic qualification. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher used a descriptive survey method and selected a sample of 73 Arab administrators in universities within the Green Line using convenience sampling. The study employed a scale consisting of 45 items distributed across three axes: expectations, beliefs, and values regarding organizational culture. The researcher ensured the validity and reliability of the tool, and the study yielded several results, indicating a significant and diverse organizational culture in universities within the Green Line from the perspective of Arab administrators. Moreover, the study found no differences in responses based on gender, years of experience, or academic qualification. Based on the study's results, key recommendations include enhancing training and qualification in management and organizational fields, promoting gender equality, encouraging active participation in decision-making, supporting cultural research, and continuing research and evaluation to improve and develop organizational culture in line with the needs of universities and contemporary requirements.
