This study aimed to find the best combination that enables the production of the necessary knowledge and to benefit from it to achieve the institution’s performance. It also aimed to clarify the correlational and influential relationship that exists between the variables of the study. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate approach to the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of (75) A teacher and an educational supervisor distributed among (5) schools that were chosen based on the level of students’ cognitive achievement, and the indicators of the study results: There is a strong positive correlation with statistical significance between the generation axis as an independent variable and the job performance of teachers as a dependent variable, where the correlation coefficient reached (0.821) and the relative contribution (67.40%), at a significance level of 1%. There is a strong positive correlation with statistical significance between the knowledge-sharing axis as an independent variable and teachers’ job performance as a dependent variable, where the correlation coefficient reached (0.788) and the relative contribution (62.08%) at a significance level of 1%. There is a strong, statistically significant, positive correlation between the axis of applying knowledge as an independent variable and job performance as a dependent variable, where the correlation coefficient reached (0.758), and the relative contribution (67.46%), at a significance level of 1%.
