It aims to prepare a list of standards of evaluation and diagnosis of inconsistent speech disorder in children of down syndrome and to verify honesty and steadfastness. To achieve this goal, the list was prepared in its initial image after reviewing a number of standards in the field and theoretical framework on a sample of (50) children with an average chronological age (6-9) years and a standard deviation (0.960) from children with Down Syndrome at the School of Intellectual Education in Zagazig and the School of Intellectual Education in Shaybah, in order to calculate the validity and reliability of a list of criteria for evaluating and diagnosing inconsistent speech Disorder. The statistical analysis of the data resulted in the verification of the psychological properties of the list of standardization and diagnosis of inconsistent speech disorder, as it became clear that the high inner consistency transactions and the truth of the scale were honest using the honesty of the test, while the stability coefficient indicated in the Alpha Cronbach and retail ways to high and positive values. All previous procedures also indicate a high degree of the scale of the psychological characteristics (the pendant consistency, honesty, and stability; thus its ability to measure the unpopular speech disorder.
