The aim of the research is to identify the impact of a program based on the Internet of Things in developing the cognitive aspect and practical performance of the skills of producing blockchain applications. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female students who were divided into two groups: a control group of (30) and an experimental group of (30). A fourth-year student specializing in educational technology at Zagazig University. The research tools consisted of a cognitive test to measure the cognitive aspect associated with the skills of producing blockchain applications, and a note card to measure the performance aspect of the skills of producing blockchain applications among students of educational technology. The results of the research concluded that there is a statistically significant difference when the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the cognitive test for the production of blockchain applications for skills as a whole relative to the post application in favor of the experimental group, and there is a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the skill performance level of the skills observation card for the production of block applications Qin relative to the post application in favor of the experimental group.
