فاعلية تدريس علم النفس باستخدام التعلم التحويلي في تنمية مهارات التفكير المحوري لدى طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي
The objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of teaching psychology using transformative learning in developing pivotal thinking skills of secondary stage students, the sample of the research i9us consisted of (72) secondary students (second year), the students are divided into two groups: experimental group (36 students, using transformative learning); another group is control one (36 students, using traditional method), tools and materials of the research contained test of pivotal thinking skills and teacher's guy which contained “cognitive processes unit" with using steps of transformative learning. This unit was applied "preapplication" on two groups for assuring the equivalence; and post application to determine the significance of mean scores differences(experimental and control groups), the current research resulted to confirm the effectiveness of using transformative learning in developing pivotal thinking skills of secondary stage students, the researcher recommends to the necessity of employing transformative learning in teaching psychology and how to employ pivotal thinking skills, and how to employ exercises and activities for developing pivotal thinking skills, and how to carry out transformative learning in teaching other subjects for developing pivotal thinking skills among students.
