The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a suggested training program in developing knowledge of data-based decision-making skills among female teachers of students with learning disabilities. The study used the quasi-experimental design with two groups with pre- and post-assessment. The sample of the study consisted of (30) female teachers of students with learning disabilities who work in public primary schools in Riyadh. The sample was randomly distributed to two groups: experimental and control group. Each group consisted of (15) female teachers. To achieve the goals of the study, a test was designed to assess the knowledge aspect of data-based decision-making skills, and a suggested training program to develop databased decision-making skills. The results affirmed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean ranks of the female teachers in the experimental and control groups in the post- assessment of the test in favor of the experimental group, and statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean ranks of the female teachers of the experimental group in the pre- and post-assessment of the test in favor of the post-assessment. Matched pairs rank biserial correlation (rprb) for the results of the pre- and post- assessment in the total score of the test was (0.42). Thus, the suggested training program has a great effectiveness in developing knowledge of data-based decision-making skills among female teachers of students with learning difficulties.
