This research aims to prepare a scale to evaluate the misuse of the Internet among primary stage Pupil and verify its validity and reliability. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a scale that contains performance tasks. The scale of Internet misuse among primary school children in its final form consists of (18) distributed test statements. On (4) dimensions that suit primary school children as follows: The first dimension: compulsive behavior (5) statements, the second dimension problems resulting from misuse of the Internet (5) statements, the third dimension: tolerance (3) statements, the fourth dimension: denial (5) statements. To verify the validity and reliability of the scale, the researchers applied it to a sample of (100) mothers of children in the primary stage, whose ages ranged between (36: 45) years, with an average chronological age of (36 years and two months), and a standard deviation of (4,465), and the chronological age of their children. Between (8:12) years old, females and males, average chronological age (8 years and six months), and standard deviation (1,589) for the beginning. The psychometric results resulted that the measure of Internet misuse among primary school children has a high degree of validity and reliability and is therefore suitable for use to a high degree of trust.
