The study aimed to identify a proposed strategy in the light of the constructivist theory in the development of jurisprudential concepts among third year secondary students. To achieve this, the researcher prepared a test list of jurisprudence concepts necessary for third year secondary students. An experimental group of (30) students studied using a proposed strategy in the light of constructivist theory, and a control group of (30) students studied jurisprudence concepts using the usual method of teaching. The third secondary grade and building a proposed strategy as well as building a list of concepts in addition to building a test of jurisprudential concepts and preparing a guide for guidelines to be guided by when teaching the proposed strategy. The study sample consisted of two groups with two applications, pre and post. So that the teacher of Islamic religious education puts these concepts in their goals when teaching jurisprudence and works on developing them among their students, benefiting from what the current study presented.
