أثر استخدام استراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشروعات في تدريس الفيزياء على تنمية مهارات القرن الواحد والعشرون لدى طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي
The research aimed at revealing the effect of project based learning in teaching physics on the development of the twentieth first century skills among the female students of the first grade of in secondary school. To achieve the research objective, the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach based on the Randomized Groups, pre-test, post-test Design. A twentieth first test was prepared and administrated on the research sample after confirming the validity and reliability. The research sample consisted of 46 female students which 23 of them represent the experimental group, and 23 represent the control one. The experimental group was taught the unit of “Power and Movement“ using project -based learning strategy, and the control group was taught the same unit using the conventional method. The findings of the study revealed that there is statistically significant difference at the significance level of (0.05) between mean scores of the experimental and the control groups in favor of the experimental group. Furthermore, the effect size of applying the project based learning strategy in teaching the twentieth first century skills was large. (Published abstract)
