The study aim to develop a conception for postgraduate studies programmatic accreditation standards for Curriculum and Methods of Teaching Science at the Curriculum Department in the Faculty of Education to: achieve the goals of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment to raise quality of higher education institutions, and ensure integration with the Saudi qualifications framework, and seek presenting an easily implementable, effective and efficient accreditation system. The perception was upon quality standards, academic and programmatic accreditation for educational specializations within postgraduate studies in Arab and foreign universities, also what have been recognized by KSA. The researcher used the descriptive (analytical) approach as it is appropriate to the purposes and nature of the research. She reached several criteria, and each one has number of indicators, which refer to the success of the program: (the mission and goals, ensuring managing, improving and developing quality, students and faculty members. community service, activating the participation of the community parties, crisis and risk management, e-learning) It was judged by experts in quality and academic accreditation and amended upon their suggestions. Category of the members enrolled in the program, their career and the quality of the outputs have been identified. The study recommends advising researchers to add and omit some standards periodically, as we witness such crisis (as COVID 19 crisis) that some countries including KSA have overcome. Thanks to adopting advance plans for crisis management, therefore, this criterion is to be confirmed, renewed, and guide researchers how to develop these standards using the latest educational theories, integrate them with technology. Post graduate programs are developed, therefore, Curriculum and Methods of Teaching Science researchers are to constantly develop standards and programs. (Published abstract)
