The problem of the study was identified in the weakness of the linguistically superior first grade preparatory students in story-writing skills. To achieve this goal, a sample of linguistically superior first-grade preparatory students was chosen due to the need of these students to develop their story-writing skills in order to develop their creativity and give them a future in the field of language. The researcher used two approaches: the descriptive and analytical approach: with the aim of extrapolating educational literature and previous studies related to story writing skills, describing the reality of students' performance testing story writing skills. The experimental method: to test the validity of the study hypotheses; where the researcher chose the one-group experimental design Which allows choosing one group and applying it before and after, in order to know the effectiveness of using educational stimuli in developing story writing skills among preparatory stage students who excel in linguistics. The researcher prepared the following tools: Story writing skills test. The effectiveness of the program is based on educational stimuli in developing story writing skills among first grade preparatory students who excel in linguistically. The study also presented a number of recommendations, including: the need to pay attention to the story writing skills among learners in different educational stages.
