القيادة الابتكارية مدخل لتجويد آليات التميز التنظيمي في الإدارات التعليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية : دراسة تحليلية
The research aims at reviewing the philosophical and conceptual framework of innovative leadership and organizational excellence in contemporary administrative thought, and standing on the current situation of educational administrations in Egypt, as well as making the most important recommendations to improve the mechanisms of excellence in the educational administrations in Egypt in the shade of the approach of innovative leadership. The research used the descriptive approach. The research presented some recommendations: attracting innovative leaders who are flexible and capable of career development and excellence in performance, continuous training of leaders to make them more efficient and effective, maximizing their contribution, continuous and periodic evaluation of the performance of leaders, creating effective communication channels that encourage innovation and creativity, encouraging competition and giving an opportunity for initiative in order to push the leaders of educational departments towards coming up with new innovative ideas, amending the organizational structure of educational departments to make it more flexible and supportive of innovation and creativity, designing training programs that enhance the behavior of innovative leaders, promoting policies stimulating innovation and creativity, paying attention to developing the capabilities of innovative leaders, enhancing community participation and establishing and strengthening relationships with community institutions the local.
