The study aimed at the behavioral behaviors of a student with learning difficulties in basic schools in Jerusalem from the teachers' point of view, and to identify their education in Jerusalem. The study community may be one of all (1761) primary school teachers in Jerusalem, and the sample of (119) teachers was selected in the intended manner.. The results showed that the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of the behavioral problems of students with specific learning difficulties in basic schools in Jerusalem from the teachers' point of view ranged between (2.88-3.61), as the percentage of response to them ranged between (57.6%- 72.2%), The first field came in the first order with an arithmetic average of (3.61) and a percentage (72.2%), which is a large degree. In the second place, the fourth field came with an arithmetic average of (3.35) and a percentage of (67.0%), and the second field came in the third With an arithmetic average of (3.14) and a percentage of (62.8%), while the third field came in the last rank with an arithmetic average of (2.88) and a percentage of (57.6%). Medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences in teachers’ responses to behavioral problems among students with specific learning difficulties in basic schools in Jerusalem due to the variables of gender and educational qualification, while differences appeared in the variable years of service in favor of more than (10) years. The study recommended activating the role of educational counseling in basic schools in the city of Jerusalem in implementing counseling activities that would reduce the intensity of hyperactivity among students with learning difficulties, and holding training courses for new teachers on skills to deal with classroom problems, including behavioral problems for people with learning difficulties.
