متطلبات تحقيق الجودة والاعتماد بمدارس التعليم الأساسي : دراسة تحليلية
The study aimed to identify the concept of educational accreditation, clarify the objectives and importance of educational accreditation, reveal the characteristics of accreditation in basic education schools, determine accreditation and quality requirements for basic education schools, and provide some suggested recommendations to achieve accreditation and quality requirements for a basic education. The study used the analytical method. The study concluded that the requirements for accreditation and quality assurance are represented in a set of practices, activities, and material, human and technical capabilities, as well as the appropriate conditions and climate that must be available in the institution’s knowledgeable environment, and they must be fulfilled before starting the accreditation process. They are ground rules that provide and support the standards for accreditation implementation. Reaching an integrated educational process concerned with spreading a culture of quality and accreditation requires creating an educational climate that provides an environment conducive to building a culture of quality. Creating an appropriate climate is a prerequisite for implementing the quality strategy in its modern sense. The study recommended allocating a budget to be used in spending on training and quality activities in schools, such as the budgets provided to the training departments in the directorates and departments, through which the assistant teacher is trained and other joint training with the professional academy for teachers.
