فاعلية برنامج قائم على المستودعات الرقمية في تنمية مهارات التعلم المنظم ذاتيا والدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلاب كلية التربية النوعية
The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a program based on digital repositories in developing self-organized learning skills and achievement motivation among students of the Faculty of Specific Education. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the experimental approach, and the study sample consisted of (50) students from the first-year students of the education technology division at the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University. The exploratory sample consisted of (15) male and female students, and the experimental group consisted of (25) male and female students, and the group. The control group consisted of (25) male and female students, and the study tools were a self-organized learning motivation scale, an achievement motivation scale, and a program based on a digital repository. Among the most important results of the study, there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the scores of the control group students in the post application of self-organized learning skills in favor of the experimental group. There is also a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the self-organized learning scale in favor of the post application. There is also a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the scores of the control group students in the post application of the achievement motivation scale in favor of the experimental group. There is also a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the achievement motivation scale in favor of the post application.
