The study aimed to identify the concept of digital safety for the child and the extent to which the kindergarten child needs digital safety. As well as identifying the foundations and educational requirements to achieve digital safety for the child. It also aimed to identify the reality of achieving digital safety for children in the State of Singapore. It included the general framework of the study and includes the introduction, problem, objectives, importance, methodology, terminology, and previous studies. It also included four axes. The first includes the concept of digital safety, and the second axis includes requirements to achieve digital safety, and the third axis includes the roles of kindergarten institutions in achieving digital safety. Digital safety for children. As for the fourth axis, it ensures the efforts of the State of Singapore in achieving digital safety for children. The study concluded by recommending the necessity of spreading the culture of children’s rights in an era of accelerating scientific and technological developments among members of educational institutions affecting its formation and development, in a manner that guarantees their rights to play, learn, develop sound thought, and deal safely with digital technologies, protection, and education on digital safety. With the need for the kindergarten teacher to acquire the technological skills that she must have as a modern teacher and the subsequent development of technological generations related to raising children.
