The study aimed to identify the nature of the scientific parks in contemporary educational thought by analyzing experiences of distinguished university scientific parks in Japan, Sweden, and identifying their reality in terms of origin, development and current roles for them, and identifying the features of Kuwait University efforts to benefit from scientific research to global parks, and to come up with a proposed vision to benefit from the foreign experiences of scientific parks at Kuwait University. The study used the comparative approach with its different dimensions, represented in the historical dimension when talking about the history of the phenomenon under study, as well as when dealing with the emergence of scientific parks in the two countries of comparison, the descriptive dimension, cultural analysis, and prediction. Among the most important results of the study were the following: The study illustrates the increasing global trend towards establishing scientific and technological parks in the countries of the world in an effort to achieve economic renaissance, comprehensive development and enhance its progress among nations. As well as the importance of scientific parks and their role in linking theory and practice, which contributes significantly and effectively to eliminating the gap between theory and its application on the ground and creating innovation, as well as helping to increase the competitiveness of countries and enhance their economic and global growth. Simulating and following all countries in establishing scientific parks for the Silicon Valley model in the United States of America, which inspired most countries and contributed to the rapid trend towards the establishment of global and technological parks of all kinds.
