The research aims to identify the reality of professional development for teachers in Egypt, to monitor the most important professional development programs that have been trained for teachers, to highlight the most important contemporary global experiences in developing professional development programs, and to develop a proposed vision for the development of professional development programs for teachers, in the light of some contemporary global experiences. The importance of the research is also due to the fact that it dealt with a topic of the era, which entails the development of teacher development programs professionally, and the provision of developed programs for the professional development of teachers, and to benefit from them in our reality. Arab and foreign references in this field. The research recommended the necessity of working to address the causes responsible for the decline in the professionalism and productivity of some teachers, providing more material support for training budgets for teachers, doubling teachers’ salaries to provide a decent life and an adequate standard of living that allows them to carry out their teaching tasks, and working to increase communication with the local, regional and international directorates of education, increasing coordination among them by providing advanced digital libraries, motivating teachers to participate in training courses, providing a study climate that helps teachers raise their professional competence and scientific production, and working to solve professional and social problems facing teachers.
