تصميم وحدة تدريبية لتنمية مهارات التطوع الاحترافي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في ضوء مستهدفات برنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن
The study aimed to design a training module to develop professional volunteering skills among secondary school students in light of the objectives of the program service of pilgrims within the hajj. The study used the experimental method, the one group method, and the research community consisted of all secondary school students for the third semester of the academic year 1445 AH. One school was selected from the secondary schools in Balqarn governorate under the Asir Education, namely Abdullah bin Masoud Secondary School, from which the second-grade students were randomly selected, and the final sample consisted of (38) students. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group on the communication skills of secondary school students in the post-measurement attributed to the teaching unit in light of the objectives of the program service of pilgrims within the hajj .The results also showed statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group on the skill of working in a team among secondary school students in the dimensional measurement attributable to the teaching unit in light of the objectives of the program service of pilgrims within the hajj . The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group on the skill of solving issues among secondary school students in the dimensional measurement attributed to the teaching unit in light of the objectives of the program service of pilgrims within the hajj. The study recommended the need to identify the training needs of volunteers in order to provide comprehensive training that includes basic knowledge about the nature of professional volunteering, in addition to awareness of how to deal with the pilgrims and provide service to them effectively.
