القيادة الإبداعية كمدخل لتحقيق الرضا الوظيفي في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الشرقية : دراسة ميدانية
The study aimed to identify the effect of creative leadership on achieving job satisfaction in general secondary schools in Sharkia governorate Afield study, and the study adopted the descriptive approach, the study reached a number of results related to activate creative leadership style because of its strong and positive role in achieving job satisfaction. The study recommended the necessity of training the leaders of public secondary schools on the concept, foundations and principles of creative leadership and encouraging creativity and innovation so that general secondary school leaders can achieve the desired educational goals achieving a high degree of job satisfaction for workers. The study also recommended the necessity of paying attention to the needs workers, identifying the problems they face, honoring the leaders of schools that care for workers and raising their morale. As well as paying attention to the school environment so that it is suitable to start moving towards the application of creative leadership. Achieving job satisfaction as a direct result of adopting the creative style of leadership and making sure to involve employees in the administration and developing plans that affect their work and encouraging them to ensure their implementation and ensuring a clear system for promotions.
