واقع وتحديات السلوك لدى طلبة المدارس الثانوية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي من وجهة نظر المرشدين والمستشارين والمختصين التربويين ومقترحات حلها
This research deals with the reality and challenges of behavior among high school students in the Triangle area from the point of view of counselors, advisors and educational specialists and proposals for solving them. This is in light of the current era in which individuals are in urgent need of guidance and counseling due to rapid changes in all different areas of daily life. In order to help these individuals adapt to these rapid and constantly renewed changes, the researcher believes that it is necessary to address this topic to contribute to solving a problem and finding ways to achieve the desired goals. Through Arab and foreign studies that addressed the topic, the researcher completed what is related to the research on school guidance and counseling and the services that the modern school has taken upon itself to perform, in coordination with the school guidance and counseling advisor for the counseling process. The study indicates that those interested in keeping up with the developments of the era as one of the basic pillars contributing to the success of both the educational process and the development of the learner's personality from its psychological, mental and emotional aspects, so this study came to identify the reality and challenges of behavior among students from the point of view of counselors, advisors and educational specialists and proposals for solving them. Problems are aggressive behavior, dropping out of school and cheating on exams, which the researcher explained its causes in the theoretical framework previously and according to various references, and the researcher discussed these problems and proposals for solving them. The research also sheds light on various proposals to solve the phenomenon of aggressive behavior by training the student on social behavior skills and reducing his degree of sensitivity. The student can also be surrounded with compassion and tenderness, and the family should be a good role model for the children by hiding anger and aggression and avoiding quarrels in front of their children, and creating an atmosphere characterized by security, warmth and calm.
