Professional compatibility in the educational field is a significant topic in scientific research. It refers to the alignment between an individual’s skills, objectives, job requirements, and work environment, in addition to their role and organizational culture within the workplace. This compatibility enhances job satisfaction and personal fulfillment while ensuring organizational efficiency, a sense of achievement, increased motivation, and adaptability to new roles and changes in the professional environment. Consequently, it strengthens professional relationships, providing greater flexibility in one's role, especially in the educational field, where individuals are active participants in the educational process and essential contributors to achieving set educational goals, particularly in vocational training and education. Based on this premise, this study aims primarily to assess the level of professional compatibility among vocational training and education teachers, considering the variables of gender and professional experience. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive methodology was adopted, deemed suitable for its nature. The study utilized a scale developed by researcher Iman Mahmoud (2014) to measure the level of professional compatibility. The sample comprised 40 teachers of both genders at the National Specialized Institute for Vocational Training in Management, Kadour Jebbala, in Guelma Province. After the field application and statistical analysis of the collected data, the study concluded the following results: 1) The professional compatibility level among the vocational training and education teachers studied was high. 2) No statistically significant differences were recorded based on the variables of gender and professional experience.
