العوامل المؤثرة في الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعوقاتها : دراسة تحليلية
The research aimed to find out how to improve the scientific productivity of faculty members, and the nature of this research necessitated - in order to achieve its objectives, and in line with its nature - to target the descriptive analytical approach. The research included the general framework of the study represented in four axes: The first axis: productivity. The scientific conceptual framework, the factors affecting it, the foundations for its improvement, the second axis: the factors affecting scientific productivity: personal factors, factors related to the university environment, societal factors, obstacles to the scientific productivity of faculty members, a proposed vision to overcome the obstacles to scientific productivity, philosophy and objectives of perception. The proposal, its premises, obstacles to the implementation of the proposed vision. The research concluded several results, most notably: the presence of some factors that reduce the scientific productivity of faculty members, including lack of capabilities of research laboratories, lack of specialized scientific journals in scientific conferences, and difficulty of communication with international scientific bodies. The difficulty of publishing scientific results, the results indicate the impact of the financial return on the scientific productivity of the members of the board of directors drees, the results of the study indicate the large number of teaching burdens on the faculty members, the high financial costs borne by the faculty members at Zagazig University, and that some faculty members suffer from the lack of research skills in international journals in the English language, the lack of some faculty members at Zagazig University employing English language skills in publishing in regional, international and local journals.
